Published on the Official Gazette of the Federal Executive of April 25, 2019, the Law 13.818\/2019 provides for the simplification of formalities related to the publication and availability of documents of companies regulated by the Corporation Law, of which:<\/p>\n

As from April 25, 2019, closely held companies with up to twenty (20) shareholders and net worth lower than ten million Reais (R$ 10,000,000.00)<\/u><\/strong> may to convene shareholders\u2019 meetings by delivering to all its shareholders a call notice, being waived the publication of certain documents related to such meetings, such as the financial statements and the management reports; and<\/p>\n

As from January 1st, 2022, the publications set forth in the Corporation Law should be made available only in a newspaper of great circulation in the place of the company’s headquarters, waiving the obligation to publish these documents in the Official Gazette of the Federal Executive or of the State or Federal District<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n
